Temperature sensitive ink  (thermochromic ink ) is a kind of ink which color change with temperature. This ink is widely used not only in tax invoice, tobacco, alcohol, medicine, cosmetics, label, packaging,  brochures and other special printing, but also in a variety of creative products, arts and crafts industries. According to the sensitive effect, it is devided into reversible fading ink, reversible coloration ink, reversible discoloration ink and irreversible coloration ink. 

1 Reversible fading temperature sensitive ink (thermochromic ink )

 Turning colorless in appearance after being heated and it can restore its original color after being cooled. Can be used for silk-screen printing, gravure printing, water transfer, thermal transfer, UV screen printing, offset, UV offset, UV letterpress, UV flexo.For silk-screen printing, the substrate can be paper, plastic, nylon, ABS, PET, PP, metal, glass, with a 200 mesh screen.

1)Temperature: 7℃-13℃, 26℃-31℃, 38℃- 43℃, 46℃-51℃, 60℃-65℃.

2)Colors: midium  yellow, gold red, bright red, rose red, peach red, royal blue, shamrock, verdancy, peacock green, blackish green, dark brown and black. 

2 Reversible coloration temperature sensitive ink (thermochromic ink )

Colorless in appearance but reveal color after being heated and can restore colorless after being 

cooled. Can be used for silk-screen printing, gravure printing, water transfer, thermal transfer, UV 

screen printing. For silk-screen printing, the substrate can be paper, plastic, nylon, ABS, PET, PP, 

metal, glass, with a 200 mesh screen.

1)Temperature: 60℃. 

2)Colors: colorless-rose red, verdancy, peacock green, blue, dark brown.

3 Reversible discoloration temperature sensitive ink (thermochromic ink )

The color of this ink will change to another color when the temperature is to the specified degrees and will restore original color when the temperature is down. Can be used for silk-screen printing, gravure printing, water transfer, thermal transfer, UV screen printing, offset, UV offset, UV letterpress, UV flexo.For silk-screen printing, the substrate can be paper, plastic, nylon, ABS, PET, PP, metal, glass, with a 200 mesh screen.

1) Temperature range: 7℃-13℃,  24℃-26℃, 26℃-31℃,  38℃- 43℃, 

 46℃-51℃,  60℃-65℃.

Colors: black-red, black-green, red-yellow, green-yellow.

2) Temperature: 60℃  ( For silk-screen printing, gravure printing, water transfer, thermal transfer, UV screen printing.)

Colors: green- red , blue-red, black-blue, red-blue, green-blue, red-green, blue-green, black-green, red-black, green-black, blue-black. 

4. Irreversible coloration temperature sensitive ink (thermochromic ink )

It has light color in appearance, and reveals color after heating, color won’t recover when the temperature is down. 

It is irreversible, suitable for water-based silk-screen printing only. 

Temperature : 65℃，80℃，100℃.

Colors: Colorless- Red, Colorless- Rose Red, Colorless- Blackish Green, Colorless- Brown, Colorless- Black,, Colorless- Yellow, Colorless- Peacock Green.
