IR transparent ink is one kind of ink that will change color into 75% to 95% transparent when it is illuminated under Infrared light. This means that, although visually we could see the color, for the bar code reader it is transparent and will not be able to read.

Black – colorless,  green- colorless,  blue-colorless.
