UV fluorescent powder, also called UV fluorescent pigment, is made of metals (zinc, cadmium) or rare earth oxides and sulfides active agent. It is colorless or light color in appearance. But in the emitting of UV light (200nm~ 400nm), it shows different kinds of colors invisible light according to different percent and various of metals and active agent in the pigment.

From the different wave of light, it is devided into short wave UV fluorescent pigment (254nm) and long wave UV fluorescent pigment(365nm). 

Short wave color: red, yellow, orange, green.

Long wave: red, yellow, blue, yellow green, grass green, dark green, orange.

Characteristic

With fluorescent bright color, no hiding power, light penetration rate of 90%above. With good solubility , can be dissolved by all the oil-based solvent. But the solubility is different in different solvent. 

Belong dye series, should pay attention to the color shift problem. 

Due to poor weather resistance, need to add additional stabilizer use. 

Heat resistance, maximum temperature is 200amp # 176C, 176C or less suitable 200amp # processed at high temperature.

Application :
